Good-bye 2012, Hello 2013
Sorry I have not posted the pictures from Thanksgiving and Christmas yet. The Blogger website is not working correctly. It will not let me upload my delicious-looking pictures to put on the blog. I will get the photos up as soon as possible. Thank you for looking at my blog so much this past year. I want to share my love for cooking and baking with everyone because I would like to create a business someday, and I think this is a great way to start sharing my knowledge. Please keep checking my blog and commenting. I love the encouragement from you! I am looking forward to a great year of posting!!!!

Thanksgiving
For Thanksgiving this year I finally got to spend it with my aunt, uncle, and 2 cousins. The reason this was the first year I spent Thanksgiving with them is my aunt and uncle moved to California after they got married. This past August they moved back to Ohio. My cousins are both girls. One of my cousins is 1, and my other cousin is almost 4. She will be 4 later this January.
For Thanksgiving I helped my aunt make the mashed potatoes, and helped my uncle and my dad make the stuffing. For dessert I made little pilgrim hats. They were fudge striped cookies upsidedown, a chocolate covered marshmallow, and yellow icing. They were really cute and extremly delicious. My next post will have pictures of the bark, my Thanksgiving, and my pilgrim hats.

Christmas Gifts
I make home made gifts every year because I don't have much money, and they're fun to make.
This Christmas I am going to send peppermint bark into work with my dad. It is going to be dark chocolate on the bottom, crushed peppermint in the middle, white chocolate on top of the peppermint, and sprinkled peppermint on the top to make it look pretty. I am going to break it into squares and shards, then I'm going to place it in little Christmas tins. The tins have lids that look like green peppermints.
If you would like to see my luscious, delectable bark, I will post pictures in the next week.

Our trip to Hocking Hills
Have you ever been to Hocking Hills? Well, I went there with my family about one month ago. We had so much fun! We went hiking and hung out in our hot tub. One night we built a fire and cooked pizza hobo pies over it. In the hobo pies we had pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
We also had s' mores! Instead of using big marshmallows we used HUGE ones.
They were so big I couldn't even fit ONE in my mouth!
My dad roasted a marshmallow, and it looked like a pig's nose!!
SEE!!!!!!!!!!
If you have never been to Hocking Hills, I would highly recommend it!

My 1st Post!!!
Hi! I'm The Mini Cooking Queen. I love to cook and bake, so I wanted to share my passion with everyone else. When I go to college, I would like to go to Culinary School and Baking School.
Last week, around Halloween I made some spleens and severed fingers. Don't worry! They were only made of cresents, food die, cheese, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds.
